30-Minute Sausage Pizza
Homemade pizza is as easy as mix, shape, bake! Start with our quick and easy pizza crust recipe and then top with cooked Italian sausage. Serve this family-friendly recipe up at your next pizza night!

Ingredients
Pizza Dough
- 1¾cups all-purpose flour
- 1packet (2¼ teaspoons) Fleischmann’s® RapidRise® Instant Yeast
- 1½teaspoons sugar
- ¾teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅔cup water (warmed to 120°F–130°F)
- 3tablespoons corn oil
For the Pizza
- ½cup prepared pizza sauce
- 1cup shredded mozzarella
- ½cup mild Italian sausagecrumbled and cooked
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Combine 1 cup of flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in the bowl of your stand mixer.
- Add the water and oil and mix on medium speed, using the dough hook, until fully incorporated.
- Add in the additional flour and mix on high speed for 4 minutes or until the dough is smooth and elastic.
- Allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll the dough into a 12-inch circle and place on a greased baking sheet or pizza pan.
- Top with the pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and sausage.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is browned.
